How much does laser hair removal cost in the UK?

Short answer: At Whistles Laser Clinic, laser hair removal is £42 for a single small-area session, and a course of six sessions starts at £170. Larger areas cost more, and our full body course is £1,499.
Prices for laser hair removal vary between clinics, and so does what is included. The easiest way to compare is to look at three things: the price per session, the price for a full course, and what the price covers. Here is how we price it at Whistles Laser Clinic in Forest Hill.
Priced by the size of the area
We group treatment areas into small, medium and large, and charge per area. These are our single-session prices:
- Small area: £42 for one, or £60 for any two different small areas. This covers upper lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, navel, fingers, toes, jaw, nipples and peri anal.
- Medium area: £72 for one, or £114 for any two. This covers neck, shoulders, buttocks, bikini (standard or extended), half arms and underarms.
- Large area: £120 for one, or £180 for any two. This covers full face including neck, upper or lower back, chest, abdomen, Brazilian or Hollywood, full arms, and lower or upper legs.
Courses cost less than single sessions
Most people need a course, not a single session. A course of six sessions is cheaper per session than paying each time:
- 1 small area: £170
- 2 small areas: £290
- 1 medium area: £335
- 2 medium areas: £540
- 1 large area: £575
- 2 large areas: £880

What to ask any clinic
Before you compare prices, ask what is included. Is the consultation free? Is a patch test included? Who carries out the treatment? How many sessions does the price cover? A lower headline price can hide extras, so it helps to ask for the total cost of a whole course.
