A first visit to a laser clinic can feel daunting, so here is what happens at ours. It is a free, no-obligation consultation, and it is also your chance to ask anything you like.
1. Book your consultation
Get in touch by phone, email or through our contact page to arrange a time that suits you.
2. We talk about your goals
We talk through what you would like to achieve and answer your questions. There is no such thing as a silly question, and many people arrive with plenty.
3. We assess your skin and hair
Your skin and hair are assessed to plan the most suitable approach. Hair colour, thickness and skin type all affect how treatment is planned.
4. We create your personalised plan
A treatment course and settings are tailored to you, one to one. We tell you which areas we recommend, how many sessions you are likely to need and the exact cost, so you can decide in your own time.
5. Your patch test
A patch test is carried out where applicable, to confirm the safest setting. It is mandatory with us, and it is done 24 hours before treatment.
6. You begin treatment
When you are ready, you begin your sessions, with care and support throughout your course. Every session is with the same senior technician.
Do I have to book on the day?
No. The consultation is free and there is no obligation, so you can go home, think about it and get back to us when you are ready.
What to bring
Bring any questions you have written down, and tell us about any medication or skin conditions. If you have had laser treatment before, mention that too.
